Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued ONLY in the case of duplicate transactions. We kindly ask that you review all sample images and product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

  4. 4. Compatibility issues arising from the customer’s own devices or software. However, we are available to provide assistance in accessing your purchase.
  5. 5. Attempts to exploit or abuse the refund policy; such behavior may result in long-term academic consequences.
  6. 6. Situations stemming from the client’s financial difficulties or related issues.
  7. 7. Making purchases using another person’s or spouse’s card without informing them.

Important Note:

Our resources consist of material from recent exams, aiming to provide the most current and pertinent study aids available. However, we cannot guarantee that purchased content will precisely match your exam due to the changing nature of exam formats. All resources are provided as valuable preparation tools regardless.

We strongly advise against attempts to defraud RN Student Resources by purchasing materials and later disputing the transactions; the academic consequences for such actions will be long-term and dire..

Eligibility for Replacements

You may be eligible for a replacement or, under certain circumstances, a refund if:

  • Incorrect Resource Delivered: If you receive a resource different from your original order (as illustrated in the provided samples), notify us within 3 days. We will supply the correct file or, if unavailable, issue a full refund. Requests made after 3 days will be eligible only for a replacement.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access your purchase due to technical difficulties, please contact us promptly. We will attempt to deliver the resource through alternative means (e.g., direct PDF delivery). If the issue cannot be resolved, you may qualify for a refund.

Please ensure your device can open PDF and, where applicable, ZIP files prior to purchase.
